whizzwood totally up stage capdown in my eyes, the raw energy that whizzwood showed was amazin n the op ivy cover was pretty gud
in my view capdown wasnt as gud as the first time but i dont think many english bands cud av beaten whizzwood (probably consumed p.s that is not a plug for the gig in septmeber at the spiders, tickets ?5 from either The Rip Offs or UFK)
It was a pretty fuckin cool night, I reckon. Whizzwood were a lot better than last time I saw them. They've come a long way...(I'm pretty sure I still have 3 Shades first show with Whizzwood and Worm somewhere... ^_^)
And Capdown were pretty cool too, although I don't really like ska. But their other stuff was well ace!
Rip-Offs were cool, although I think they could do with a singer to take the onus off Chrissy A's little bro...

ASD...Didn't hear much of them, and what I did hear sounded like The Hives. Not much of a surprise when you think about how that guy dances like an idiot in Park Lane to them. Haha...Hives kid. Lol.

Yeh, im sure we would have a new singer if we could but we dont know anyone else in Grimsby who likes punk let alone who likes punk and can sing. But then again listen to someone like Fat Mike on Maximum Rock N Roll, that isnt amazing, or what about Tom De Longe!? I think were just gonna have to work on it. It Should get better with time.
